Just a few days ago I posted on the Unity {Show & Tell} Facebook group wondering what types of cards or techniques crafters wanted to see on the blog and the first request was sympathy cards. These are some of the hardest to make because it is heard to be creative when you are grieving. Today, I'm sharing a couple of clean and simple cards that you can make with one versatile stamp set called "With Sympathy."
This stamp set and delicate pieces that become bold on plain paper. I used white card stock and beige mixed media paper. For a bold black ink, I used VersaFine Clair Nocturne Ink. Simple, bold and moving... the sentiments say so much.
The sentiment in these cards speaks volumes. They remind me of a friend who recently lost her soulmate and although she often feels such sorrow, her loving memories shine such a light on those dark days.
The next set was a simple sympathy card that you can keep on the side for those hard days where being creative isn't in the plan.
Thank you so much for stopping by today and I hope you found some inspiration. Feel free to send me a message for more ideas for future blogs.
Until next time...
Happy Crafting!
