So... it's Friday and I'm on the blog highlighting the new {So} stamp kit with some of our more retro stamp images. For these cards, I'm using scraps... yes, scraps of patterned paper to create a retro vibe. Let's get inky and scrappy!!

I started by stamping the fabulous girl in "You Exhaust Me" stamp set and colored her in using Copics. Leaving the paper in my Misti while coloring, I re-stamped the image using VersaFine and used clear embossing powder. Once melted, I fussy cut the image out.

Next, I stamped the {So} on white card stock and one of the sub-sentiments on black card stock using white pigment ink and white embossing powder. I fussy cut the {So} and die cut the "much drama!!!"

Last, I pulled out some paper packs and started with some of the scraps and just laid them out. I also used the Scallop & Stitched Circle Nesting Dies to add a layer and different shape. This is a great way to make use of those pretty paper scraps.
Let's make another one!

For this card, I used "Could Be Better" stamp set for the girl and a different sub-sentiment from the new {So} Stamp Kit. Love her sassy look.

I thought it would be fun to create the background by stamping the {So} over and over in a light color to create a background pattern.

Same as before, I used scraps from the same paper pack and layered the patterns and shapes.
Thank you so much for following along today and I hope you found some inspiration in today's blog. Make sure to check out Unity's {Show & Tell} Facebook Page for more inspiration!
Until next time... Happy Crafting!
