Hey there! It's Wednesday and we could all use a good laugh! These new Sassy Sentiments are going to crack you up! For this card, I combined "Sassy Sentiments" stamps, "Pandamonium" stamps and the "Bamboo" stencil to give you a giggle!
Step One: First, I made a mask of this cute little panda.
Step 2: The background was made using three different green Distress Inks: Twisted Citron, Mowed Lawn & Forest Moss. Next, I taped the stencil to the bottom of the card front and used that as a hinge. I also taped the sections of bamboo I didn't want colored.
Step 3: I shifted the Bamboo stencil to have a different set for each different color.
Step 4: I did some light color blending on the bottom to ground the panda.
Ooops... I forgot to take pics of the next few steps! 🤦🏻♀️ However, I stamped the balloon and the strings in his hand. The great part of the Pandamonium stamp set is that there are two piece items that make the items fit in the hands of the characters.
But we're not done yet... the zinger is inside!
"Yell 'Plot Twist!' and just move on." I love it! And I added the little panda walking away. Totally finishes the card off perfectly.
