Hi all you sassy & crafty friends! It's Jules of Paper Gems by Jules on the blog today sharing another awesome edition of Sassy Girls! This Crafty Sassy Girl is a beautiful mess and pairs perfectly with the Abstract Art stencil. Here's how she can make everything better.
For this card I used a fun combo of Distress Oxides (Cracked Pistachio, Peacock Feathers and Fossilized Amber) over the Abstract Art stencil. Once inked, I used clear embossing powder to add a little texture. Oxide inks take a little time to dry so you can use embossing powder, but they don't stick perfect. It just adds a little texture.
For this Sassy Girl I used the following Copic colors:
- Jumper: B14, B21, B41 and BG45 over it all... oh and her nails and glasses too.
- Shirt: Y19, Y15 and Y06
- Watch: T5 & T2
- Skin: E19, E17, E15 and E13
- Lips: R59
- Hair: E59, E57 and E23
Don't you love when you can find matching colors with different mediums? So fun. I hope you found some inspiration. Make sure to follow our Sassy Crew and all the talented crafters that post on FaceBook on Sassy and Crafty Inspiration Club and on Instagram @sassyandcrafty.co.
