Welcome to my blog about Paper Gems

Thank you so much for taking the time to discover a little bit about my love of paper crafts. Over a decade ago, I went to a Stampin' Up class demonstrated by Vicki Wu (who is still a dear friend and demonstrator of creativity!). She shared her love of cards with me and I was hooked. At the time she was also creating scrapbooks and I thought I would get more joy from that as I loved the idea of having a colorful way of looking back on vacations with family and friends.

It wasn't until the passed two years that I rediscovered making cards. I don't know if it is the coloring or the creative process of putting the card together that I love more. But I do know what I love most and that is sending these paper gems out. There is something about getting a card that is hand made. I mean, it is no longer just a card, but a gift.

So I truly hope you enjoy my journey as a crafter and take part in sharing my handmade with the ones you love.
